THE ROLE:

We seek an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Account Manager to join our expanding team, focusing on Facilities Management solutions for service providers. The role involves managing key UK clients, with occasional travel required. Ideal for candidates with some enterprise software sales experience to private sector service businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Recommend solutions and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling MRI products.
  • Maintain regular contact via online meetings and calls.
  • Assess client needs to adapt solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Sales, Marketing, Development, and Implementation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven sales achievement in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the Estates and Facilities Management Software market is a plus.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • High energy, confidence, and motivation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
