Facilites Account Manager - Lancashire - £55,000p/a

  • Monday to Friday role
  • Site based with occasional travel
  • Parking available at sites

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager with experience in TFM, hard/soft services and catering to excel in an account management role across a contract based in Lancashire.

This role has a strong TFM focus, with additional catering management responsibilities.

This role requires occasional travel to other contract sites across the country.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans
  • Development and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
  • Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
  • Management of required licenses
  • Monitor and measure contractual and internal KPI's, identify and develop continuous improvements.
  • Manage Hard Services contractors to deliver all planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Produce detailed reports to demonstrate compliance and manage risk reporting.
  • Achievement of financial budgets

Experience required:

  • 3+ years' senior-level experience managing TFM contracts including technical services.
  • Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellence
  • Proven track record in change management and operational improvement
  • Knowledge in developing and delivering sustainable innovations within a corporate environment.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing performance targets and budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A strong knowledge of workplace strategies
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Full UK Driving License

Experience in the following is desirable:

  • Formal FM accreditation / qualification (IWFM) or working towards
