Our client is a specialist facilities service provider that delivers services to large commercial portfolios and estates across the UK. They are hiring an Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis for a large, specialized commercial property estate in Salisbury.

Your new role

As an Account Manager, you will operate at a senior level to lead the successful delivery of facilities maintenance services to a large estate. You will implement operational strategies across the contract, ensuring high-quality maintenance services, including reactive, planned, and grounds maintenance, meeting all contractual KPIs and SLAs. Responsibilities include service reviews, statutory compliance, risk mitigation, and developing capabilities for capital projects aligned with client needs. A strong commitment to health and safety underpins this role, and you will lead a Zero Harm strategy across the estate.

Financially, you will ensure contract objectives are achieved within budget and performance targets, report regularly, and identify opportunities to add value. You will develop solutions that exceed expectations and help secure future business growth.

A key aspect involves building and maintaining trust-based relationships with senior clients, government bodies, and stakeholders. You will lead procurement relationships with suppliers and ensure strong local engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

Significant proven experience in delivering facilities maintenance to large commercial estates, preferably within a government environment. Excellent communication skills to liaise with senior clients and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure. Additional requirements include:
