My client, an Executive Search and Recruitment Solutions firm based in Central London, requires an Account Manager to partner with an international client, delivering exclusive and retained mandates across Central Europe.

Responsibilities

• With the support of researchers, you will handle the process from client brief to offer


• You will provide exceptional client and candidate experience whilst developing your Executive Search skills


• You will work on C-1 and Director level opportunities, 75% of which are in Continental Europe with an exciting, high growth global organisation


• You will be a motivated and confident individual with a strong track record of either Senior level contingent recruitment or an ambitious Associate within executive Search


• You will be an exceptional relationship builder, be persuasive and operate with gravitas
