Job description

Our client is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Account Manager Executive to join their growing commercial team. Based in Jersey, this role will involve managing partner accounts, negotiating deals, and optimising offers for both new and existing partners. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships, ensuring smooth account operations, and supporting business growth.

Job Duties:

  1. Manage day-to-day partner accounts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  2. Negotiate and optimise deals to maximise revenue and customer engagement.
  3. Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand business opportunities.
  4. Oversee account and tracking setups, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Conduct market research to inform business strategy and remain competitive.
  6. Work cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver successful campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with Finance to manage invoices and payments efficiently.
  8. Handle compliance matters and support internal teams with account-related needs.
