ACCOUNT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR – LARGE FORMAT / DISPLAYS

WEST YORKSHIRE

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

My client is a well-established large format and displays company based in West Yorkshire, they offer their clients Large Format Digital Print, Exhibition Graphics, POS, Wall & Shop Vinyl’s and displays solutions, consistently investing in the latest equipment!
With a strong reputation for creativity, quality, and customer service, this company offers a collaborative, hands-on working environment where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities / Requirements:
  • Account Management of accounts ensuring a smooth process and building strong client relationships
  • Prepare accurate estimates for large format print, graphics production, and installation projects based on client briefs and specifications.
  • Manage projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with internal production teams and external suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and production capabilities.
  • Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for cost efficiency or added value.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client activity and quote conversion rates.
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the large-format print, signage, or graphics / displays industry.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, print processes, and production workflows.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident communicator with both clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, estimating software (Opera would be of an advantage however training will be provided), and job management systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
