Job summary

Neo Recruitment is working with a well-established, people-focused specialist supplier of engineered components and technical consumables. They are growing their commercial team and are looking for Account Managers to join them in West Lothian: two experienced Account Managers and one graduate.

You will be the person customers rely on to keep things moving: processing technical orders accurately, handling enquiries and quotations with care, and building long-term relationships with engineers,

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service or sales order processing, ideally with engineered products.
• Ability to discuss technical detail with engineers and buyers with accuracy.
• Graduate candidate with curiosity, quick learning and clear communication.
• Warm, honest, relationship-led approach.
• Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.
