We are currently looking for an Account Manager (Energy) – Value Added Services to join our dynamic team in Redhill Surrey!

As an Account Manager (Energy), you will take charge of your own client portfolio, leading on value added services while collaborating with a dedicated team. Your role will involve direct communication with clients, offering insightful guidance to help them navigate through various options and make informed decisions. You will ensure the accurate delivery of services, promptly fielding queries and maintaining robust relationships. Regular interaction with colleagues and occasional travel for client presentations will be part of your exciting days as you help to generate commission income and contribute to a loyal client base.

Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexibility for hybrid working once established in the team.

Account Manager (Energy) – Value Added Services Requirements:

  • Previous account management/customer service experience within the energy sector.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience of managing a diverse portfolio.
  • Have the confidence and resilience to take on demanding work and stay calm under pressure.
  • Commercially focused with a good understanding of the UK Energy Markets and the Industry generally.
  • Demonstrates a strong awareness of both energy procurement along with non- procurement such as; Metering & Data Collection agreements, Authorised Supply
  • Capacity agreements, siteworks client projects and change of occupier requests (moving in/out of a property).
  • Demonstrates knowledge of supplier products with the ability to influence and negotiate to a high level.
  • Right to work in the UK.

  • £25k and £28k depending upon experience, plus commission
