  • Deliver compelling presentations, both virtual and in person, that influence decision-makers and showcase the value of Prospects solutions.
  • Proactively identify new contacts and buying opportunities within customer organisations to maximise growth potential.
  • Champion customer success by ensuring high levels of satisfaction, resolving challenges, and driving product adoption.
  • Collaborate across Jisc to deliver exceptional customer experiences and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, influencing service improvements and helping shape future products and services.
  • Spot opportunities beyond the Prospects portfolio and connect customers with the wider range of Jisc solutions.
What we are looking for:
Essential
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong B2B sales experience, including both new business development and account management.
  • Experience delivering engaging presentations to a range of audiences, both in person and virtually.
