Location: Leeds, 1 day a week
Salary: From £39k + 10% discretionary bonus
Level:Manager-level, being a subject matter expert

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Own campaign planning and optimisation to drive best-in-class performance
  • Identify and mitigate revenue risks and media inefficiencies
  • Stay ahead of media tech and innovation to inform planning
  • Improve campaign processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Report weekly performance, challenges, and solutions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Ad Ops team
  • Coach, mentor, and upskill team members
  • Define team metrics and monitor performance
  • Contribute to company-wide projects across training, PR, and talent growth
