EPAM is looking for an experienced account management professional to manage client relationships with a prominent multi-brand apparel client.

You will have the opportunity to work with best-in-class engineering, digital innovation, and design teams supporting you to shape product vision. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of this account, with responsibilities spanning commercial management, new business development, and delivery governance.

Your role involves working with cross-functional teams to consult, design, and deliver digital innovation and transformation solutions to clients in the consumer and retail sectors. You will leverage industry expertise and technological knowledge to transform organizations across various focus areas. Additionally, you will use your client management experience to develop relationships and identify opportunities for the wider practice.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a trusted advisor in the CPGR space, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across various areas.
  3. With support from sales/pre-sales teams, assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with senior clients and prospects, and help close new deals.
  4. Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish operational models, organize project teams, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
  5. Stay informed about current and emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in sectors, markets, and geographies (focused on UK clients), and advise on their impact on clients' businesses.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and external/internal partners to maximize practice growth within retail and consumer products portfolios.
  7. Align with business unit goals, support financial targets including revenue and profit, and contribute to overall growth.
Requirements
  1. Extensive expertise in Retail and Consumer products, particularly within the UK market.
  2. Deep industry experience in digital and innovative technology leadership roles, or equivalent experience from a recognized consultancy.
  3. Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
  4. Willingness to lead and recruit a team.
  5. Ability to travel as needed.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  7. Credibility with senior executives.
  8. Proven experience managing high-stress consulting engagements and digital transformation programs.
  9. Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills, and a commitment to diversity.
