The position is office-based with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering a salary of 30,000–31,000 plus a bonus and additional incentives. This is a permanent full-time role rooted in customer success and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and Teams.
• Handling quotations, orders and delivery enquiries.
• Proactively resolving customer issues and finding solutions.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.
