We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative Account Manager with a passion for advertising and experience in 'Creative Solutions' campaigns within the OOH sector.
You will serve as the main communication point for key clients, acting as a creative problem-solver from concept to execution.
The role involves managing multiple projects under pressure, organizing teams, and ensuring smooth operations. A proactive attitude and foresight to exceed client expectations are essential.
- Maintain client satisfaction and understand their pressures
- Build strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and suppliers
- Manage client meetings from setup to completion
- Present yourself as a trusted, commercially-minded advisor
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure project quality and meet client expectations
- Devise creative solutions for clients
- Drive growth through pipeline management and proactive pitching
- Present ideas passionately to senior clients and agencies
- Manage production of multiple client projects concurrently
- Develop and implement innovative solutions
- Apply problem-solving skills to meet objectives
- Support live projects, providing updates and quality assurance
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure all paperwork is completed timely
- Suggest process improvements
- Coordinate with the team to utilize resources effectively
