Account Manager - Creative Agency

My client is a full-service design agency located in Surrey, and we are looking for an established Account Manager to solely work on one of the agency's biggest accounts. You will juggle multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of digital, print, and creative campaigns. A can-do attitude is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of integrated creative campaigns
• Manage client relationships; deliver high-quality campaigns, and drive account growth
• Contribute to check-ins with the team and monitor creative and production workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including creative, design, traffic, etc.
• Handle multiple projects at once, staying organized and focused on client needs
• Responsible for delivery of assets and account profitability - ensuring business targets are met

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a creative or marketing agency
• Strong project management and multitasking skills

Location & Workplace policy:

• Impressive office based in Surrey (Reigate)
• Hybrid working policy, 2 days in Surrey and 1 in London
