KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Achieve sales targets for territory turnover, number of accounts, and brand sales.
  2. Partner with hairdressers to develop their salon business through action plans focusing on attracting new clients, driving loyalty, increasing spend, and optimizing operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 12-15 months of direct field sales experience.
  • Experience in consultative business development.
  • Highly organized with strong discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Digitally savvy.
  • Deep knowledge of beauty industry and consumer perceptions.
