The Opportunity
  1. Our client is looking to employ an ambitious commercial insurance Senior Account Handler / Account Manager to join their commercial team.
  2. This role will sit within a dynamic and fast paced team managing client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances.
  3. Managing all aspects of the renewal process and maintaining the exceptional level of service offered will be essential, as will providing comprehensive support to new business projects.
  4. There is a portfolio of diverse clients including major players in the Leisure, Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology and Distribution sectors.
  5. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied working schedule encompassing all aspects of client management within the commercial insurance market.
  6. It is envisaged that this position will lead to more senior roles locally or within the wider group.

Successful Candidates
  1. Experience of the Commercial Insurance market. Some experience in an Administration, Account Handling, customer service or a sales role would be welcome.
  2. Strong experience of commercial insurance types and products would be welcome, although full product training is provided.
  3. Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery.
  4. Excellent communicators both verbally and orally with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  5. Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
  6. Looking to build a long-term career.
