We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team covering Belfast, North Derry, and Antrim, and actively welcome applications from local candidates and candidates willing to relocate to the area. We don’t expect you to be in construction; you will be once you’ve graduated from our award-winning training course. What does the role involve?

At Hilti, we work differently. Our direct sales model ensures high-level customer interaction at every encounter. The Account Management role focuses on strategic account development, partnering with existing customers to optimize our product basket. We prioritize building long-term, sustainable relationships over hard selling, guided by our core values.

The role is highly autonomous; your Hilti van is your office. You will plan, organize, and prioritize your time to be effective within your territory. We partner with our customers to understand their needs and how our products can add value.

The purpose is to create value in the account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of account strategies to build profitable, long-term relationships. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation within the target industry.
