Are you a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Based in London, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a cutting-edge tech solutions provider, specialising in advanced IT integration and security services for B2B clients. With a hybrid working setup (3 days in the office, 2 from home), this role offers a salary of up to £50,000 plus commission and excellent benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their operational and sales requirements.
  • Develop strategic account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to address concerns and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and issue quotes for hardware and software, liaising directly with vendors and suppliers.
