A leading global consultancy in London seeks a Client Relationship Manager to support aviation accounts and develop ESG-related strategies. Ideal candidates will have effective client engagement skills and a strong understanding of sustainability, alongside Mandarin language proficiency. This role operates in a hybrid model and involves significant client interaction and technical support.
Based in London, an exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our Airline Practice as a client relationship manager. The successful incumbent will have responsibility for a portfolio of aviation accounts handling all aspects of clients’ insurance programmes in a timely, technically proficient, accurate and compliant manner. This will include but not be restricted to: new business enquiries; client renewals; client management.
This position is focused on supporting and developing client relationships in Asia, and specifically China, by providing quality technical administrative and service support directly to Clients, Insurers and Account Executives.
