Account Manager - Apprenticeships

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER - APPRENTICESHIPS - £45,000 - OTE £20,000.

An exciting new role for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join a dynamic Apprenticeship team. Working for a leading training provider who specialise in IT and Digital apprenticeships. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in winning new business, driving client relationships, activity, and fee generation via apprenticeship starts. You will demonstrate high levels of pace, passion, and persuasion with excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of winning new business and managing key accounts
• MUST HAVE Apprenticeships knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
• To generate success from sales calls
• To generate high quality candidates
• Managing client relationships to the highest standard
• To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
• To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
• Maintaining all relevant management information on the CRM
