The facts:

You’ll sit within a well-structured client services team. You will be the gel between the disciplines: writing, design, consultancy, and production. You bring already strong client handling skills (you love this part of the role). The agency produces various communications projects, primarily large communication and messaging projects targeting senior business audiences. You will work with global brands and gain insights into understanding businesses: their internal teams, audiences, and messaging needs.

You can articulate projects you have managed clearly and engagingly, from receiving a client brief (sometimes needing clarification) to managing it through a design process, resulting in an annual report, campaign, corporate website or microsite, or an identity.

Day to day, you'll communicate frequently with clients and colleagues, using your initiative to address issues proactively.

You’ll have:
  • Dealt directly with clients, preferably senior ones
  • Experience managing B2B communications projects
  • A natural interest in businesses and their communication strategies
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Solid project administration and people management skills
You’ll be:
  • Proactive and resourceful (no asking twice)
  • Detail-oriented; you love the intricacies
  • Skilled at reading a room, knowing when to speak or listen
  • Eager to be in the studio 3-4 days a week, absorbing knowledge
