Account Manager - Aesthetics - East London, Essex & Kent

The product of over a century's pharmaceutical heritage and significant dermatological expertise, our client is an innovative aesthetics company harnessing expert precision and progressive technology.

As they expand in the UK market they are seeking a specialist Aesthetics Account Manager at the location shown, where you will plan and carry out the promotion of their product range to UK Health professionals predominantly in Aesthetic clinics, so as to develop sales in accordance with agreed business plans within your territory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively market and sell products to Doctors, Aesthetic Dentists and Nurses
  • Utilise available data to prepare, implement and maintain a territory business plan
  • Agree, implement and regularly review business objectives and personal development plans with line manager
  • Identify and liaise with appropriate influencers to promote the range of products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and trainers
  • Submit monthly activity updates to your line manager within agreed timelines
  • Complete and deliver agreed and ad hoc reports for your line manager as required, to include sales, activity and market intelligence
  • Liaise with the Brand Managers through Field Force Advisory Board, Medical and other internal departments

Candidate Requirements:

  • Science graduate/graduate, calibre (preferably but not essential) with extensive aesthetic experience
  • ABPI qualification or to undertake and acquire accreditation within first 12 months of employment
  • Proven track record of achievement and improved personal and business performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented
  • Strong work ethic and high levels of energy resilience, integrity and honesty
