Working in theLondonoffice3 days a week, you will join afriendlyteam, where everybody has a “roll your sleeves up and get stuck in” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strong relationships with UK distributors
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Deliver distributor presentations, business reviews, and product launches
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns and manage asset briefing with design teams
  • Analyse sales performance, manage KPIs, and deliver strategic management reports
  • Oversee order processing and compile accurate new line forms
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand distribution
  • Collaborate witheducation teamon product samples and presentation requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in account management or sales within beauty/FMCG
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with exceptional organisational skills
