We’re looking for a fantastic Account Manager to join our Dual Management team at Abbatt, covering a 12-month maternity leave.
This role is ideal for someone with Area Manager experience in retail or hospitality, especially if experienced in managing multiple sites, leading teams with energy and empathy, and providing excellent service to clients and internal teams.
As part of our Dual Management division, you’ll manage on-site staff across multiple residential buildings in London, including recruitment, onboarding, support, employee relations, and client satisfaction.
You’ll work from our High Holborn office and regularly visit sites to support teams and meet clients. This role combines HR, operations, account management, and client services.
