Saica Group offers sustainable paper solutions for the manufacture of corrugated board and flexible packaging, promoting circularity in waste management. With more than 12,000 employees and a presence in 11 countries (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Turkey, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and the United States), Saica Group has four business lines: the production of recycled paper for corrugated cardboard (Saica Paper), waste management and environmental services (Saica Natur), the production of corrugated board packaging (Saica Pack), and flexible packaging (Saica Flex).

Functieomschrijving
  • Apply Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety, and Quality.
  • Permanently advise customers about new products, solutions, and services.
  • Provide personalized attention and visits to customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Coordinate with customer services to monitor orders, claims, plan visits, and contact with customers, including collection arrangements.
  • Participate in defining new customer search strategies and prospecting.
  • Propose sales forecasts and monitor them.
  • Develop account plans and stakeholder analysis for customers and track progress.
  • Promote health and safety best practices.
  • Attend meetings with customer services, Sales Manager, and other team members.
  • Stay updated on technical characteristics of products to advise customers effectively.
  • Participate in planning commercial activities with the Sales Manager.
  • Collect customer information to maintain databases and stay informed about competitors, prices, new products, and formats.
  • Follow management guidelines regarding prices, minimum orders, and production qualities.
  • Handle orders, including new references or modifications.
  • Maintain customer working platforms aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop profitable practices.
