Account Manager

Basic Salary circa 30K+ (DOE) + uncapped monthly sales bonus
Office-based in Leeds (Gelderd Road, LS12)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

If you are a proactive and personable professional with experience building strong client relationships, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our friendly and supportive team at our Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the full customer journey, from quote to delivery, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing each customer's sales order from start to finish - from quotation and payment, through to ordering components and arranging delivery.
  2. Acting as the main point of contact for your assigned customers, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships.
  3. Handling incoming customer calls and providing clear, helpful responses to all enquiries.
  4. Creating accurate and timely quotes for prospective clients.
  5. Maintaining and updating our HubSpot CRM system to ensure records are always current.
  6. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Skills and Experience
  1. A confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
  2. A team player who enjoys contributing to shared goals.
  3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage workload effectively.
  4. A willingness to learn the technical aspects of our product offering.
  5. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  6. IT literate - familiarity with HubSpot is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
