We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join an expanding team for a well-established client based in the Wednesbury area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients along with generating new business opportunities.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management issues and matters.
  • Ensure that our products meet the needs of all customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Communicate with and provide feedback to the Head of Sales regarding customer spend or performance issues.
  • Play an integral role in ensuring existing customers’ needs and expectations are always met.
  • Attend Health & Safety training when required.
  • Identify risks involved in work activities and undertake activities that manage those risks.
  • Report health and safety hazards or potential hazards immediately when recognized.
