Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for technology and a track record of growing key client relationships? We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team, managing a portfolio of high-value clients through a key channel partner in the retail industry.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for 4–5 of our most important clients. These relationships are managed through a well-established channel partner, and your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, renewal of services, and driving revenue growth within each account.

This is a hybrid role based in our Warrington office 2–3 days per week, with travel to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with 4–5 key clients in the retail space
  • Work closely with a channel partner to deliver exceptional service and account development
  • Ensure clients are satisfied, engaged, and continually spending
  • Drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and expansion within existing accounts
  • Build account plans and long-term strategies to grow revenue and deepen client partnerships
  • Forecast sales performance and contribute to wider business planning

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in technology sales and account management (hardware or software)
  • Experience managing large or strategic accounts, ideally within or alongside the retail industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a hybrid working environment
