We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team, managing a portfolio of high-value clients through a key channel partner in the retail industry.
The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for 4–5 of our most important clients. These relationships are managed through a well-established channel partner, and your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, renewal of services, and driving revenue growth within each account.
This is a hybrid role based in our Warrington office 2–3 days per week, with travel to client sites as needed.
