Overview

Great new role within a leading, independent offshore bank and trust company! Do you have good background in a front office client support role gained from the banking/trust services sector?

Responsibilities
  • Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact between the Relationship Managers, the Bank and a portfolio of clients, ensuring a first class, efficient and timely service is provided at all times.
  • As Account Manager you will prepare account opening documentation, coordinate client instructions as well as manage the end-to-end process of deposits and payments, foreign exchange, securities transactions and corporate actions.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Previous client facing experience in a similar environment is essential, along with knowledge of Banking, Custody, FX and Credit.
  • You will need excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the drive and motivation to deliver outstanding client service!
