Join our rapidly expanding Digital Industries (DI) team at Siemens as an Account Manager covering Scotland. In this home-based role, you'll drive business growth across key accounts while building and nurturing strong customer relationships. As part of our expert sales team, you'll take ownership of account development and customer satisfaction, helping shape the future of digital transformation across the industry.

As the relationship owner, the Account Manager ensures Siemens offerings provide sustainable value, while handling both new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing customer relationships.

Location - While primarily working remotely, this position involves regular customer visits across Scotland. To best serve our clients, we are seeking candidates based within Scotland who can easily access our customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships across customer organizations
  • Own and grow the opportunity pipeline from creation to closure
  • Lead complex negotiations and strategic deal closures
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Design innovative solutions and business models
  • Provide accurate forecasting and business planning insights
  • Leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making
  • Document and share customer success stories
