Infios is seeking a high-energy Senior Account Manager to increase annual spend within an existing portfolio of enterprise customers by promoting the full products and services.
In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams, attending meetings, uncovering pain points, shaping compelling proposals, and using Salesforce CRM to track all activity and maintain accurate customer data. As the customer advocate, you will collaborate across departments to ensure full alignment and support for the Existing Business Account Strategy.
This is a remote-based role within the UK. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
