Overview

About the role

Our Insurance Broker client, based in Warwick, provides medical indemnity insurance for surgeons across the UK and is one of the fastest growing brokers in this niche area. The role requires you to be office-based in Warwick three days per week with two days remote. The firm adopts a grown-up approach to work and offers flexibility. There are no KPIs or sales targets; however, you will receive commission/bonuses on retained, renewal and new business wins.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including a mix of existing, renewal and retained clients, as well as new client wins.
  • Provide first-class cradle-to-grave client management and develop long-term relationships with high-end clients, including availability after hours when client needs require it.
  • Respond to client needs and communications, including emails out of hours as required by busy clients.
  • Leverage a warm desk from day one with a long list of existing clients and leads to start generating revenue quickly.
Qualifications
  • Strong ability to converse with and develop lasting relationships with high-end clients.
  • Experience in Insurance, Medical or Healthcare sectors in a Sales, Account Management or Client Partner role is beneficial but not essential.
  • Dynamic and results-oriented mindset with excellent commercial and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits

Salary on offer is £35-40k basic, with realistic OTE taking earnings to £80k-£90k. There is potential to earn six figures moving forward with uncapped commission/bonuses. Flexible hours with standard days Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, plus availability for clients as needed.
