Account Manager - Managing and nurturing relationships.

This role is all about your attitude and behaviour towards getting stuff done. The answer is yes, before you even know the question. You'll need to be someone that makes the magic happen.
You'll be working for an SME that is owner-managed. Everybody works hard but has a lot of fun doing so. The projects you'll work on will be seen by millions, and you'll be the point of contact for some of the biggest brands in the world.
This opportunity is to join a business that has gone through astronomical growth and continues to do so. They are the best at event branding, vehicle livery, large format print, and soft signage. As an Account Manager, you'll need to be from this world as it's so fast-paced, you'll need to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do
You'll be an Account Manager with full ownership of projects. You'll use your experience to:

  1. Account manage your customers' projects from concept to completion
  2. Manage, nurture and develop client relationships
  3. Spot for additional work through account development plans
  4. Liaise between all internal departments and external suppliers
  5. Provide quotations
  6. Update the CRM

What You Bring to the Table
  1. A great attitude and behaviour towards providing exceptional customer service
  2. You'll love nurturing relationships but also spotting new opportunities
  3. Solid industry knowledge across the print, branding, and large format sectors
  4. Experience of leading similar projects you have account managed
