Due to the continued growth of our client base, Renovo (a Liberata Group Company) is looking to expand our Commercial Team with the addition of an Account Manager. The move is in response to a further increase in the number of organisations now turning to Renovo to deliver a better kind of outplacement and career transition support to their employees.
The ideal recruit will already be working in a commercially focused Account Management role with a proven track record of managing and developing strong working relationships with HR professionals. You are also likely to have experience in one or more of the following service areas: outplacement, resilience, career development, coaching, leadership development, assessment, recruitment, HR outsourcing or HR technology.
The focus of the role will be to provide our existing clients with an exceptional level of support through periods of restructure, helping them to find the right outplacement solutions for their employees. You will be tasked with strengthening and building these relationships, identifying new stakeholders, or finding opportunities to support those clients with additional services for their employees beyond outplacement, such as resilience training or pre-retirement planning. Your ultimate aims with these clients will be to achieve strong retention rates, increase revenue, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
