Partnering with airlines around the world, we enable the testing of staff to guarantee compliance with flight regulations. As our Account Manager, you'll need to be able to think on your feet, manage key clients, and travel the world.
BASIC SALARY: Up to £30,000

LOCATION: This is a hybrid, flexible role where national and international travel will be required. Ideally, you'll be commutable to our office which is based in Letchworth Garden City.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive
Reporting to our Sales Director, as our Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with some of our key clients, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and support the growth of existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This is a varied role, where you will need to have the flexibility and desire to travel internationally and not work 'typical office hours', but we will work with you to ensure your work-life balance is achieved through our flexible working plan!

As a successful Account Manager, you'll have worked in a sales environment previously, but don't worry if you don't have experience in our specific industry - we're committed to teaching you everything you need to know.
What's most important is you'll be pro-active, self-motivated, and not afraid to make decisions, take action, and on the rare occasion you make a mistake, you learn from it.
