Evolve are partnering with a leading healthcare company that supports healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies in producing and administering life-changing medicines for vulnerable people. Specialising in high-tech infusion therapy treatments, they are now seeking an Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving regional sales and profit targets as set by the annual budget. You’ll leverage your network of stakeholders to gather valuable market intelligence on customers and competitors, and share these insights with internal teams to drive strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position based in the South Central and South West England region. What’s on offer? Excellent Salary & Benefits: A competitive starting salary of up to £65,000 DOE, along with an exceptional bonus, company car or allowance, pension and more! Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager * Ideally, you’ll have proven experience in an account management role * A good understanding of the products and treatment approaches for oncology, pain control and other disease modifying treatments administered is preferred. * Experience in the Homecare market is preferred, but Medical Device sales experience will also be considered. * Must be self-confident and mature, show respect for customer opinion but capable of achieving the desired business outcomes. Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager * Forecast financial growth/number of patients within the agreed territory, product and services. * Achieve overall regional sales and profit targets as defined by the annual budget and contribute to the development of commercial strategy, pricing, profitability and execute the agreed strategy. * Develop long term relationships with key customer across the NHS and Pharmaceutical industry within your defined territory. * Gain market intelligence of both customer and competitors.
