WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but your activities will include:

  1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and turning this into a tailor-made solution.
  2. Demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
  3. Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
  4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the top-in-class CRM system, Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

Successful Account Managers typically possess:

  • Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
  • A solution-oriented approach to uncover customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Alignment with our values—commitment, teamwork, courage, and integrity.
  • Resilience and adaptability across customer levels.
  • A driven, motivated attitude towards success.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose any points on your license along with expiry dates.
