A leading international fashion supplier seeks a Sales Account Executive to drive growth and manage key global accounts. We’re working with a leading international fashion supplier with an impressive design-to-delivery model and a growing global client base. This business is now looking to hire a Sales Account Executive to support and partner with the existing Sales Manager, helping to drive growth, build new relationships, and manage key global accounts.
Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager – Fashion Supplier (Global B2B Sales)
Location: Berkshire – SLOUGH
Salary: £40,000 basic + £55,000 OTE in Year 1
Year 2 Earnings: Up to £100,000+ for successful performers
Commission: Paid on % growth of existing accounts + higher commission on new business
This is an ideal role for a commercially-minded individual with a background in fashion, textiles, or product sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within a highly collaborative team.
Your Role: Sales Partner & Growth Driver
You’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager – currently the sole person in sales – as their right-hand commercial partner. Together, you’ll manage key clients, develop new leads, and grow the sales pipeline globally. This is very much a team-based role, so a collaborative, proactive approach is essential.
You’ll have access to strong internal resources – including design, sourcing, and production – to support your success when pitching and converting new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Sales Manager to drive account growth and support all sales activity
Generate new leads and actively pursue new business opportunities globally
Manage and grow a selection of existing accounts across fashion retail, e-commerce, and off-price sectors
Prepare and lead client presentations, supported by the in-house design team
Contribute to seasonal planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline reporting
Help deliver against turnover and margin targets as part of a two-person sales team
Track competitor activity and identify white space in the market
Attend client meetings and travel internationally as required
What’s on Offer:
£40,000 base salary
£10,000k/£15,000k OTE in Year 1 (Realistic)
Up to £100k+ in Year 2 for high achievers
Commission on existing account growth
Higher commission rate for new business wins
Direct mentorship and collaboration with an experienced Sales Manager

Global exposure – working with clients across UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East

Who We’re Looking For:
2-4 years’ experience in a commercial role within fashion, apparel, textiles, or product sales or strategic Account Management and New Business
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in client-facing settings
Excellent lead generation, research, and outreach abilities
Target-driven, proactive, and highly organised
Comfortable working both independently and closely with a sales leader
Ability to travel for meetings, trade shows, and client visits as needed
Bonus points for experience with:
Licensed products or fashion brands
ERP/PLM systems
International sales experience
