Job description

We are looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  3. Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with the Account Management Procedure.
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  5. Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
  6. Provide feedback to technical teams based on client needs to aid in continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge across various technologies and be capable of troubleshooting and delivering high-quality solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Customer service skills are paramount; we seek candidates with excellent communication and customer-facing abilities. Your friendly, tech-savvy approach will be highly valued here.

  • Fluent English communication skills for explaining complex technical issues
