Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a leading European provider in the electronics manufacturing sector.

Due to continued growth and expansion, a permanent role is now available within the UK Sales Team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of internal sales support and account administration, managing a growing portfolio of UK-based customer accounts.

Salary: £28,000 + bonus of £9,000 pro rata

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 - 17:30 (Office Based)
  • Friday: 08:30 - 13:30 (Work from home)
Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Administration
    • Full ownership of internal accounts
    • End-to-end order management, from order entry to delivery
    • Creation and management of purchase and sales orders
    • Forecast analysis and customer status reporting
    • CRM system updates and maintenance
    • Oversight of stock models and aged stock control
    • General administrative duties
  • Sales Team Support
    • Collaborate closely with external Key Account Managers
    • Provide support during customer visits
    • Act as a central point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and coordinating actions to ensure excellent service
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong customer focus with previous experience in sales or account coordination
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confident and professional communication, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and reliability, especially in meeting deadlines
