We’re looking for an Account Manager to join us at Sign In Workspace, part of Sign in Solutions. The role involves creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers, overseeing a portfolio of clients, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) based in Northampton, UK.

Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Occasional travel may be required
- Knowledge of Danish or other languages is advantageous
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve as the primary contact for customer account management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop new business within existing accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics
- Prepare account reports
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Handle client requests and escalations as needed
