We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role can be based in either our London, Newcastle, Birmingham or Sleaford Office.

MRI is expanding quickly and we are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Facilities Management Team. The Account Manager will need to understand their Clients' business priorities and drivers and how they can maximize their return on investment from MRI solutions. Clients are based across the UK with a strong presence in Public Sector Healthcare organisations. Occasional travel will be required; however, online or remote working is encouraged where this makes sense, including a mix of office and home working. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role. This role will suit individuals already in an Account Management or Business Development role looking to take the next step in their sales career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally represent MRI and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention, and sales development.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate acceptable terms with the Client.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding range of MRI FM and related solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with Clients using online meetings, telephone calls, and Client User Forums.
  • Determine ongoing client requirements to meet their changing business needs.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders within MRI such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Implementation Services teams.
  • Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts in MRI CRM systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience within the software industry.
  • Track record of sales or related achievement in a target-driven environment; customer centricity is key.
  • Very organized with good time management skills.
  • Confident and motivated with high energy.
  • Always looking for ways to improve and learn.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and ask questions to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Estates and Facilities Management Software market or UK Public Healthcare sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
