The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will sell welding consumables and some capital equipment, managing key customers and expanding sales. The role involves selling to industrial end users, fabricators, welders, and distributors. It requires strategic thinking and strong analytical skills to grow the business.

The Ideal Person:
Experience in field sales within the engineering or industrial sectors. Welding experience is a significant advantage. Demonstrated stability and achievement in previous sales roles, preferably working with fabricators and welders. Skilled in solution selling with CRM experience, ideally Salesforce. Proven track record of sales growth. You should be at the top of your current role and seeking new opportunities.
