This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting and growing our SME employer base. You’ll be instrumental in helping businesses expand, overcome barriers to growth, and unlock new opportunities through strategic relationship management and bespoke training solutions.
As Account Manager, you will build strong, lasting relationships with employers and industry partners, identifying skills gaps and workforce development needs. You’ll provide tailored solutions that support long-term success and contribute to the growth of our apprenticeship, T-Level, and commercial offer.
Your focus will be on securing both repeat and new business, strengthening our employer network, and driving sustainable growth through effective engagement and collaboration.
Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must also have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this. In addition, online checks will be carried out during the recruitment process.
