This role involves managing the full client lifecycle—from initial account setup through to contract analysis, negotiation, processing and securing agreements. You will manage client queries and ensure a seamless renewal process, while also identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase account profitability. Responsibilities
  • Preparing client’s account for tendering and identifying the best strategy for pricing
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure efficient and competitive pricing
  • Analysing all received offers and preparing a clear and comprehensive analysis for the client
  • Managing communication with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth transition and setup
  • Managing all client queries to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
  • Identify ways to add value to client’s portfolio and applying a cross-sell strategy
  • Support the growth & development of the team, including training team members
Qualifications
