Job description

The Agency:

We are a fast-growing creative agency working across a large portfolio of clients. We flex our services across a broad range of industry sectors delivering award-winning integrated campaigns. As we’re growing, we’re on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Account Manager who has a strong understanding of integrated campaigns and a passion to work in a fast-paced creative and digital agency. This is a 6 month role with an opportunity to go permanent.

Job overview:

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities are broad and varied and the projects are both online and offline. We are looking for a well-organised Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting the team on the day-to-day management of our client accounts. As we have a broad portfolio of clients, you could be involved in many different types of projects and campaigns including creative, branding, and digital development projects, having responsibility for project planning, production, and execution. Working with key clients, you will understand and interpret their brief and support the SAM in challenging the task when necessary to deliver the best solution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning the day-to-day detail and client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and with senior team members to manage priorities.
  • Produce timing plans for projects, schedule studio resource, interrogate client briefs, and prepare internal briefs.
  • As a client-facing member of the team, prepare for meetings; including room booking, preparation, production of agendas, and circulation of post-meeting contact reports.
  • Ensure all creative work is signed off, proofread, and everything is to brief prior to sharing with clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day financials of your accounts.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 years agency experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, taking the initiative to grow.
  • A desire for great work.
  • Able to multitask and manage a number of projects at once.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent relationship building.

The contract:

  • 6 months

  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office.
