We are looking for an Account Manager on a permanent contract based at Solihull, UK as a part of the growth in the business activities.

Role requirements

You will be responsible for Managing & Developing a portfolio of existing key customers within your allocated sectors. You will be PC literate, organized and possess excellent customer centric skills.

  • Developing existing customers by creating partnerships
  • Produce, implement and maintain account development plans for portfolio of customers
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities within your portfolio of customers
  • Provide accurate forecasting from your portfolio of customers
  • Achieving monthly KPI’s and revenue targets in line with the companies requirements
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant products and services
  • Develop internal relationships with colleagues across the business to be able to provide the best level of service to our customers
Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic, intelligent, and energetic Account Managers who are motivated by success.

A commercial background with a minimum of 3 years previous experience developing B2B customers, creating partnerships, identifying opportunities, finding solutions and increasing revenue from customers. Ideally in a product sales / technical environment.

Contract, salary and career progression
  • Evolving salary scale based on experience and skills level:
    • Basic: £31,800 - £36,600
    • OTE: £4,200 - £10,920
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Solihull, UK
  • Working hours: 37,5 hours / week from Monday to Friday at 2:00 pm
  • Organisation: Office-based
  • A structured knowledge transfer plan is in place to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • The scope of your accounts and business responsibilities will be adjusted based on your experience and growth within the team
