Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and supporting HMRC compliance requirements.
• Assisting with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Supporting payroll processing and maintaining payroll- related records where required.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Provide clients with advice on accounting and finance matters.
• Handle queries and resolve issues related to client accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards.
• Monitor account performance and suggest improvements where needed.
• Ensure all documentation is completed and filed properly.
