In this role, you'll be at the centre of the action, collaborating with our expert Partner, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your mission is to ensure every brand feels the power of the Adtraction partnership and is excited for what's next.

You will:

  • Champion: You'll cultivate and deepen relationships with our exciting brands and their agencies, acting as their go-to expert who gets things done.
  • Growth: Dive into the data to uncover powerful insights. You'll translate analytics into actionable strategies, helping your brands optimize their programs and crush their sales goals, especially during peak seasons like Black Week and the Christmas holidays.
  • Industry Insights: Keep your finger on the pulse of e-commerce and partner marketing. You'll educate your brands on emerging trends, helping them to adopt new strategies that can improve their brand performance.
  • Shape Our Future: By gathering and sharing brand feedback, you'll directly influence the evolution of our platform and services, ensuring we're always one step ahead of our customers' needs.
    You should be:
    • An Exceptional Communicator: You express ideas clearly and persuasively, both in writing and conversation in English.
    • A Passion for Digital: You have some experience in marketing or customer success and a genuine curiosity for the ever-changing digital landscape.
