Role Details

Salary: £27,285 to £31,017

Bonus: Up to 10% or 20% of base salary

Location: Kingswood KT 20 6RP - Office-based during induction - agile working after 3 months

Working Pattern: Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 at home

Contract type: 12 month Fixed term contract

About the Office:

Based at the Kingswood Field office KT20 6RP (Tadworth), a 28-acre office campus site set in the Surrey countryside with Trail walks. You will enjoy a modern vibrant and friendly working environment. We have an onsite restaurant and café with a wide range of options available, and coffee shop. There is a state-of-the-art on-site onsite gym run by Nuffield, with classes on set days in the mornings, at lunch and after work hours.

We have a staff car park which includes electric charging points, an undercover and secure bike rack (useful if you’ve made the most of the Cycle-to-Work scheme), or if you will use public transport we have a private shuttle bus service that regularly runs between train station and the office at peak times.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Account Managers to join us to work within our Key Accounts Team. This role is directly responsible for the daily servicing and relationship management of either a large scale third party relationship (TPI) or several blue chip/Public Sector customers.

As the focal point of contact for your customers enquiries, ensuring they receive the expected high level of Customer Service the ideal candidate will be numerate and literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day experience of excel is required.

The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements. You will need to proactively own and manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties.
